If you searched for Comfees diapers, you probably know the brand already and need two things: the right size, and somewhere in Canada that actually has it. Here's the short answer. Comfees is the baby line from Attends Healthcare Products. It's sized Newborn to Size 7 by weight, using almost the same printed weight bands as Huggies. We stock every one of those sizes, plus Comfees Training Pants and Youth Pants for the stage after diapers.
Below: the size chart, what comes after Size 7, a Huggies spec check and a summary of public reviews.
Comfees diapers at a glance: who they suit
- A good match if you want a straightforward tab diaper bought by the case, you like knowing the sizes line up with the big brands, or your child may need protection beyond the toddler years. Attends' sizing guide maps that path from baby diapers to youth and adult products.
- Look elsewhere if you need a Preemie size (Comfees starts at Newborn), you need a Size 8 today, or you mostly buy whichever brand is on sale that week.
Comfees are often sold through medical supply companies rather than grocery or drug stores, which is why they can be hard to find on Canadian store shelves.
Comfees diaper sizes and weight chart (Newborn to Size 7)
Comfees are sized by weight, not age. These are the printed ranges from Attends' Comfees sizing and transition guide, along with the waist range and the case pack Attends lists for each size.
| Size | Weight (lb) | Weight (kg) | Waist | Attends case pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Newborn | up to 10 lb | up to 4.5 kg | 13–20" | 168 (4 bags of 42) |
| Size 1 | 8–14 lb | 3.6–6.4 kg | 13–20" | 200 (4 bags of 50) |
| Size 2 | 12–18 lb | 5.4–8.2 kg | 13.5–22" | 168 (4 bags of 42) |
| Size 3 | 16–28 lb | 7.3–12.7 kg | 15–22" | 144 (4 bags of 36) |
| Size 4 | 22–37 lb | 10.0–16.8 kg | 15.7–23.5" | 124 (4 bags of 31) |
| Size 5 | 27 lb and up | 12.2 kg and up | 16.1–24.5" | 108 (4 bags of 27) |
| Size 6 | 35 lb and up | 15.9 kg and up | 16.7–24.5" | 92 (4 bags of 23) |
| Size 7 | 41 lb and up | 18.6 kg and up | 17.3–25.1" | 80 (4 bags of 20) |
The ranges overlap, so a baby near the top of one size can often wear either. Our baby and adult diaper size chart covers the signs it's time to size up, and the diaper sizing guide walks you through it step by step.
Each of our Comfees listings is one full Attends case, so the counts above are what you get.
Comfees for bigger babies and toddlers (27 lb and up)
Comfees Size 6 and Size 7 diapers
Size 6 starts at 35 lb with a 16.7–24.5" waist, and Size 7 starts at 41 lb with a 17.3–25.1" waist. Neither has an upper weight limit, so fit tells you when to move on: red marks on the thighs or tummy, tabs that barely reach the middle, or leaks before the diaper is full.
Is there a Comfees Size 8 or Size 9 diaper?
Short answer: Attends' 2024 sizing guide lists a Comfees Size 8 for children 46 lb and up (18–27" waist), marked "coming soon" at the time. At least one US supplier lists a Size 8 item, but it showed as out of stock when we checked (October 2026). We don't carry Size 8, and Attends' guide has no Size 9.
If your child is filling out Size 7, there are still two Comfees options:
- Not potty training yet, or needs longer protection: Comfees Youth Pants, which Attends sells under its DriNite Juniors name and describes as overnight protection. Small/Medium fits 38–65 lb with a 17–30" waist. Large/X-Large fits 60–125+ lb with a 20–39" waist.
- Starting potty training: Comfees Training Pants go up to 4T–5T (38 lb and up). More on those below.
Youth Pants pull on rather than fasten with tabs, so measure the waist first and check the leg openings on the first few. If leaks or sore skin keep happening, your child's doctor, nurse or pharmacist can help you sort out fit versus a medical cause.

Comfees diapers vs Huggies: the specs side by side
We've stuck to what you can check on the pack or the maker's website. We haven't run absorbency tests, so we won't claim one outperforms the other.
| Spec | Comfees | Huggies |
|---|---|---|
| Made by | Attends Healthcare Products | Kimberly-Clark |
| Size range | Newborn to Size 7 (Attends also lists a Size 8) | Preemie to Size 8, depending on the line |
| Weight bands | Newborn up to 10 lb through Size 7 at 41 lb and up | Nearly the same bands from Newborn to Size 7; Preemie is under 6 lb |
| Wetness indicator | Yes, yellow to blue (retailer listings) | Yes, on Little Snugglers, Snug & Dry and Little Movers |
| Fragrance | Not stated by Attends; retailer listings describe a perfume-free, latex-free cover | Fragrance-free across all Huggies diapers |
| Packing | Cases of 4 bags (Size 3: 144) | Retail packs; the count varies by pack and store |
The real differences are range and continuity. Huggies offers several lines (Little Snugglers, Snug & Dry, Little Movers, Overnites) and a Preemie size. Comfees keeps one baby diaper, labelled by Attends "with 12 hr Protection" in every size, then follows on with training pants and youth pants from the same maker. Our Huggies details come from Huggies' US website, so Canadian packs may differ. Huggies is a trademark of Kimberly-Clark, and we have no affiliation with either brand.
Comfees diapers reviews: what parents say
We don't have reviews of our own on these yet, so here's a summary of public reviews on Amazon.ca and other retailers, written in our own words. Ratings were checked in October 2026 and will change.
- Baby diapers: the biggest listing we found (Size 6 on Amazon.com, about 4 out of 5 stars from 47 ratings) leans positive on value. Many parents felt Comfees did the job and were worth the money, and several rated them among the better diapers they'd tried. Some said they'd only rebuy at a good price.
- Absorbency is the split opinion. Some reviewers said they held a lot and kept up through the day; others found them less absorbent, with material that felt flimsy. One complaint was gel beads from the core getting onto the skin once a diaper was soaked.
- Training pants: about 4.2 out of 5 on Amazon.ca (mostly from US buyers), with roughly 100 ratings each for the boys' and girls' versions. Parents liked that they feel like real underwear and called them good value.
- Youth Pants Large/X-Large: more mixed, at 3.4 out of 5 from 31 ratings on Amazon.ca (mostly from US buyers). Nearly half the ratings were five stars, but critical reviewers described leaks at the sides and felt the price was too high.
Leaks are often a fit issue, so check the size before switching brands. If you see gel on the skin, change a little sooner. Ask a pharmacist or doctor about any rash that doesn't clear in a few days.
Comfees training pants for toddlers (2T–5T), boys and girls
Comfees Training Pants are toddler training pants that, according to Attends, slide on and off like real underwear, with a soft stretch-to-fit waist and an absorbent core. Retailer listings also mention a wetness indicator that fades when wet, which they say helps with training. They come in boys' and girls' designs:
| Size | Weight | Waist | Attends case pack | Shop |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2T–3T | up to 34 lb (15.4 kg) | 16.6–26.9" | 156 (6 bags of 26) |
Boys Girls |
| 3T–4T | 32–40 lb (14.5–18.1 kg) | 17.8–27.7" | 138 (6 bags of 23) |
Boys Girls |
| 4T–5T | 38 lb and up (17.2 kg and up) | 18.7–29.1" | 114 (6 bags of 19) |
Boys Girls |

Which Comfees should you buy?
- Baby or toddler still in tab diapers: choose the Comfees Baby Diaper size, from Newborn to Size 7, that matches their weight in the chart. Between two sizes? Stay in the smaller one while it fits without red marks or leaks.
- Over 41 lb, outgrowing Size 7, not potty training: Comfees Youth Pants Small/Medium (38–65 lb).
- Potty training: Comfees Training Pants matched by weight and waist: 2T–3T (boys, girls), 3T–4T (boys, girls) or 4T–5T (boys, girls).
- Older child or teen who needs overnight or extra protection: Comfees Youth Pants Large/X-Large (60–125+ lb).

Comfees diapers FAQ
Are Comfees diapers good?
Public reviews lean positive on value, with mixed views on absorbency (see the summary above). The printed sizes closely match the major brands, so the bigger question is how they fit your child. If you're switching brands, check the fit on the first few diapers before you stock up.
Does Comfees make pull-ups?
Pull-Ups is a Kimberly-Clark brand name, but Comfees makes two pull-on styles: Training Pants (2T–5T) for potty training, and Youth Pants (38 lb and up) for older kids who still need full protection.
Training pants vs diapers: when should we switch?
There's no set age. The Canadian Paediatric Society's toilet learning guide says most children start between 2 and 4 years. Signs of readiness include staying dry for several hours and being able to tell you they need to go. It also suggests moving to training pants or underwear once your child has used the potty successfully for at least a week. Night dryness can take months or years longer, so a diaper or pull-on pant at night is common until then.
Where can I buy Comfees diapers near me?
Comfees can be hard to find in Canadian stores, so ordering online is usually the easiest route. We ship Canada-wide, with free Standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
The bottom line on Comfees diapers
Comfees cover Newborn to Size 7 with almost the same weight bands as the big brands, then carry on into training pants and youth pants from the same maker. Pick the size by weight, check the fit on the first few, and follow the directions on the pack. For anything medical, from a stubborn rash to ongoing wetting in an older child, talk to your child's doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
