Shipping policy

We sell through two websites: diaperstore.ca for customers in Canada and diaperstoreusa.com for customers in the United States. Each website ships only within its own country.

Canada (diaperstore.ca)

We ship across Canada from Canadian stock. Adult, incontinence, ostomy and urology orders are packed in a plain, unmarked box with no product names or logos on the outside.

Shipping rates (Canada, in Canadian dollars)

  • Standard shipping: $7.00. FREE on orders of $100 or more (before taxes).
    • Ontario and Quebec: delivered in 2–5 business days.
    • All other provinces and territories (including British Columbia): delivered in 3–5 business days.
  • Express shipping: $20.00. Delivered in 1–2 business days.

Delivery times start once your order ships. Remote and rural areas may take a little longer.

Who delivers your order

  • Baby products (baby diapers, wipes, feeding, gear, toys and nursery) are shipped by our fulfillment carrier partner. They arrive in the carrier's standard shipping box.
  • Adult diapers, incontinence, ostomy, urology and other medical supplies are shipped with Purolator, FedEx, Intelcom or Canada Post, whichever is fastest for your address, in a plain, unmarked box.
  • Mixed orders: if your order has both baby and adult/medical items, it may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

United States (diaperstoreusa.com)

Orders placed on diaperstoreusa.com ship from within the United States through our US fulfillment partners. Prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.

Shipping rates (United States, in US dollars)

  • Standard shipping: $7.00. FREE on orders of $100 or more (before taxes).
  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and most arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.

Delivery times start once your order ships. We ship to addresses in the 50 US states; deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take longer. We don't currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories.

Packaging and packages

  • US orders arrive in our fulfillment partner's standard shipping box.
  • Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
  • US orders ship from inside the United States, so there are no customs duties or import fees. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • diaperstore.ca: addresses in Canada only.
  • diaperstoreusa.com: addresses in the United States only.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
