A subscription works best for products you use at a steady pace and reorder in the same size and style.
- Baby diapers and wipes: a good fit once your baby's size has settled. Check the weight range when you move up a size.
- Adult incontinence: briefs, underwear and underpads you already know fit well.
- Ostomy and urology: pouches, barriers and catheters from brands such as Hollister, Coloplast and Convatec.
Ask your nurse or care team before you change a medical product.
Is a subscription worth it?
Compare the price per unit before you commit. Divide the price by the count, then multiply by what you use in a month. Eligible items get 5% off with monthly delivery, which adds up on products you buy every month anyway.

How do I plan my delivery amounts?
Work out how many you use each day, multiply by the days between deliveries, then add a small buffer. A monthly delivery should cover about 30 days of use.

Which items can I subscribe to?
Eligible items include selected diapers, wipes, adult incontinence, ostomy and urology products. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, call us at 365-797-2167 and we will check.
What does shipping cost?
Orders over $100 ship free. Standard shipping is $7 under $100, and express is $20 with delivery in 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days.
Should I subscribe while my baby is growing quickly?
Babies can move up a size within weeks, so wait until the size has settled or order smaller amounts. Check the weight range on the pack and use our free size finder before each order.
