Rates (Canada):

Standard: $7, or FREE on orders of $100 and up. Delivered in 2–5 business days in Ontario and Quebec, and 3–5 business days in other provinces (including British Columbia).
Express: $20. Delivered in 1–2 business days.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery: Standard 3–5 business days, Express 1–2 business days (remote areas may take longer).
Discreet packaging: Adult, incontinence, ostomy and urology orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes, with no product names or logos on the outside.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Baby products (baby diapers, wipes, feeding, gear, toys and nursery) are shipped by our Amazon carrier partner. They arrive in the carrier's standard shipping box.
Adult diapers, incontinence, ostomy, urology and other medical supplies are shipped with Purolator, FedEx, Intelcom or Canada Post, whichever is fastest for your address, in a plain, unmarked box.
Mixed orders: if your order has both baby and adult/medical items, it may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Wrong or damaged items: If we shipped the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping. No need to return the item in most cases.
Unopened products: Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
Opened personal care items: For health and hygiene reasons, opened incontinence, ostomy, urology, and wound care products cannot be returned. If you're unsure about sizing, ask us before you order — we're glad to help you choose.
